OUR BACKGROUND
TBSI Consulting was founded in 1990 by Billy Richardson to assist business owners and management in defining and achieving the expectations of growing the value of a business. In most instances, business owners knew how to get into business but had never pondered the question of how to get out of a business. With more than thirty plus years of experience working with one person shops to mid-size businesses,  TBSI has simplified the process to grow the value of a business.
