Billy D. Richardson graduated from Baylor University, Waco, Texas in May 1977. His experience includes 10 years in public accounting, specializing in taxation and management services.

In 1987, Mr. Richardson took the opportunity to join an entrepreneur to become the Chief Financial Officer for an international franchise conglomerate. During this time, Mr. Richardson was involved in the acquisition of several franchise companies and a public company.

In 1989, Mr. Richardson's fondness for working with the public led him to form Total Business Services, Inc. d.b.a. TBSI Consulting and he began  operations in May 1990. He has worked with many types of businesses including retail, manufacturing, service, technology, publishing, environmental and nonprofits.
