OUR BACKGROUND

TBSI Consulting was founded by Billy D. Richardson because a need was perceived to assist business owners and management in clarifying what the expectations are of owning a business. In most instances, stakeholders knew how to get into business but had never pondered the question how to exit a business.  With more than twenty-five plus years of experience TBSI Consulting has converted the technical nature of business ownership and management into a practical application to help grow the profitability of the emerging business thus its value.  This process maximizes the ability of the stakeholders to get the expected returns on their investments.
