Why We Do What We Do

The other day, I had an interesting conversation with a client about why their employees just go through the motions only to get a paycheck and it brought to mind how easy it is for our employees as well as us as business owners to forget why we do what we do.

With the daily task of running a business, we sometimes get swept up into the task of working in our business without really giving thought to why we do what we do.  If you believe it is about being independent, financially secure and a host of other attractive benefits think again.
